Well I would talk about volleyball since I believe I know quite a bit about it. If I was asked the most important rules, I would probably give all of them because pretty much all the rules are important. I would tell the audience that each game goes to 25 points and a team has to win by 2 with a cap of 30. You play best 2 of 3 which is a match. Before the game you have to make sure you don't have any jewelry or colored spandex. Then the coin toss decides whether a team has serve or receive. During the game a team cannot be out of rotation and the front row cant be behind the back row and players next to each other cannot cross before the serve goes over. When serving, a player cannot cross the end line before making contact with the ball, and the server only gets one retry per set. The back row players cannot cross the 10-foot line when hitting.
