Week #31 and Week #32 Hudson's Honors

Most Interesting Part: The most interesting part about comp/novels this year would be how most of us waited to do our blogs until the day before like we are doing now, but we usually ended up finishing them in the little amount of time we gave ourselves. Another interesting part of this class this year would be all of the comments that are made during reading. Hardest Part: The hardest part of this year for me, would be the blogs. Some of them, I can write easily, but most of them I have no idea what to write about. This is why I usually don't finish them until right on time. Another hard part of this year would be understanding some of the books we read. Thing I learned or Improved Upon the Most: Something I learned and improved on the most would be grammar. I understand most of the grammar, but learning all of the tiny details and rules that go along with grammar is definitely what I improved on the most. Favorite Memory: My favorite memory would be watching the movies and ...

Week #30 Senior Wills

If I had a senior will, all of the juniors can have all of my school supplies. They can have all of the extra pencils, notebooks, folders, binders, and note cards. The juniors can also have my calculator since I will need a newer and better one for college. I will give them my setting and hitting position in volleyball since I will not need it anymore. The juniors can also have my position in basketball, and the juniors can take the position of catcher on the softball team. Another thing I will will to the juniors is my seat that I sit in for all of my classes.

Week #29 Words From the Wise

Senior year is almost over with! For the most part I have had a good senior year, and I would definitely recommend to the juniors that they spend as much time with their friends as the possibly can. I let the busyness of senior year get in the way of spending time with friends, and I do regret that because after graduation, I probably won't see most of my friends often at all. Be involved and have the best time you can possibly have during your senior year because it goes by fast, and after graduation you are starting your life off by yourself and you want to have great memories looking back. I would also recommend not getting kidney stones your senior year like I did. They really do suck and you will spend half of your senior year in a doctor's office so don't get kidney stones. Also don't break your nose at a basketball game because that really sucks having pictures of you senior year with a messed up nose, and you will have even more doctor's appointments to spen...

Week #28 Weirdest Compliment

I don't think I have really received many weird compliments, but the closest weird compliment I got was when I went in for surgery for my kidney stone. When I was wheeled into the operating room, there were two surgical techs, and they started talking to me. The last thing I remember before I was put out was the weird compliment I received from one of the surgical techs. She asked me if I played sports, and I told her that yes I do. Then, after that she said that she assumed that I did since I had really nice girl muscles. That struck me as a really weird thing to say, and she could have just left the conversation at yes I do play sports. She probably thought I wouldn't remember that when I woke up, but actually it is the very last thing I remember after the anesthesiologist told me I would be feeling tired.

Week #27 Trust Me- I'm a Professional

Being any profession I wanted for a day would be a really hard choice, but I know for sure I wouldn't want to be a teacher, and definitely not a high school teacher. I would never be able to handle all of the people with awful attitudes. A profession I would want to try out for a day would be a surgeon. I am pretty sure I want to be a surgeon, but I am not sure what specialty I want to go into, so being a surgeon for a day would help me decide what specialty I would want, and whether or not a surgeon is actually what I want to be. I would need very good focusing skills, and very high medical knowledge. After a day of being a surgeon, I think I would really enjoy it, but I would also realize how hard it actually is.

Week #26 I Give You Unlimited Time

If  I had unlimited time, I would try to accomplish a few things. First off, I would go out and do a bunch of activities. I love outdoor activities, but I tend to run out of time to go and enjoy them. I would definitely go hiking and I would hike for a long time because when hiking, it always seems you run out of time before you want to be done. I would also continually be at the lake swimming, tubing, boating, and skiing. In the summer, it seems that we always run out of time and we never get to go to the lake as much as we want. If I had unlimited time, we wouldn't feel like we didn't go to the lake very much, and we could continuously have fun lake days without having to fit it in everybody's schedules.

Week #25 Down with the Sickness

The only cure for senioritis is graduating. The only way to get seniors motivated is to keep on reminding them that they just need to get through the year to graduate and then they will be done. Graduation is the only thing that will cure it so getting to it fast will help. Giving more and more homework will only make it worse. Senoritis gets worse with more homework, so the best thing to help get to the cure is to make homework super easy and give very little of it. As much as people may want another cure for senioritis, there really is only the cure of getting to graduation.
